Tammy Van Horick – Customer Response Centre Manager
Tammy completed her Bachelor of Nursing at Monash University, has a Graduate Certificate of Business Management (Supply Chain) and is currently studying a Master’s of Business Management at Swinburne University. She has more than seven years’ experience in sales and customer service, having started her career at Telstra as a sales consultant. Tammy stepped into a team leader role early in her tenure there and finished with the company as Customer Service Operations Manager.
Tammy moved into the generic pharmaceutical industry in 2011, working at Generic Health as the Customer Services Manager. During her time there, she developed a successful in house customer service and sales team and a wealth of knowledge of the industry.
Tammy believes that customer service is one of the most important factors to any successful business and, in any given circumstance, should be executed at the highest level possible.
